Your mission
As Project Manager, you will manage both the Operations & ESG aspects both at the level of the project and in terms of administrative and financial oversight.
The Operations aspect:
- With the aim of maintaining our portfolio in the best possible rental condition, you will analyse the portfolio, propose projects and draw up and oversee the budgets required to complete these projects: building renovations, extending/reducing retail spaces, etc;
- You will manage redevelopment projects for our portfolio in close cooperation with our Asset Management & Investment department;
- You will prepare multi-year Capex/Opex budgets;
- You will also act as technical advisor to our other internal
The ESG aspect:
- You will be responsible for implementing our ESG policy, aimed in particular at reducing the environmental impact of our buildings: BREEAM certification, improving the building shells (roof insulation/replacing façades), installing solar panels, installing charging stations for electric vehicles, etc;
- You will report directly to the Operations & ESG Director, a member of Ascencio’s executive
committee.
Profile sought
- You have a degree in engineering, architecture or equivalent experience;
- You have at least 5 years’ experience in project management (development),
construction, etc.) and more specifically in ESG projects;
- You should preferably have some knowledge of the retail sector;
- You have a perfect command of French and good knowledge of English. Some knowledge of Dutch would be considered a plus;
- You are meticulous, well-organised and a good communicator;
- You can work completely independently or as part of a team.
